Alright, this is just a base guide FOR NOW (To give me something to do before I stream)...I'll edit it later, add more things, and make it look prettier
Alright! I'm going to be covering a LOT here...since the game is THAT damn big!
Unfortunately, I only play as criminal...so if you want to do a guide for the Enforcers later on, I'll add it in after this!
General Gameplay
CONTROLS:
Moving: W, A, S, D (On foot AND in vehicles)
Shoot: Left-Mouse button
ADS (Aim Down Sight): Right-Mouse Button
Jump/Brake (In car): Space
Interact: F
Grenade: G
Run: Shift
Witness: Left Alt
Crouch: Left Ctrl or C
Open Scoreboard: Tab
Talk: Enter
Chat commands: /g for GROUP, /s for NEARBY (Say), /d for DISTRICT, /p for PARTY (I think), and MAYBE /t for TEAM (I have no idea about this one, I'm just guessing)
Inventory: I
Locker: L (Used to see all weapons and clothing you have)
Progression: J
Map: M
Switch shoulders (For viewing around other corners): V
That's all I can think of for now.
Customization
Once you're done your primary character customization, it will require money to make any physical changes!
All changes need to be made in the Social district AFTER the tutorial is completed on ONE character!
I'll add pictures and maps later on.
All clothing, vehicle, and character customizations are done in separate sections of the social district.
To make a new symbol for a tattoo, your clothing, or your car, you must visit a SYMBOL DESIGNER.
To apply it to CLOTHING, you must visit a CLOTHING DESIGNER.
To apply it to a vehicle, you must visit a VEHICLE DESIGNER.
Please note that these are also the places you go when you want to change your clothes or customize your vehicle's colours.
To change your character's looks (Hair, face, tattoos, etc), you must visit the CHARACTER CUSTOMIZATION THINGAMABOBBY.
To change the music that's heard when you kill someone (By them), visit the THEME MAKER station.
To get new weapons, clothing, and vehicles you need to visit ANY leader of your faction! (Gang leaders for the Criminals, or section leaders for the Enforcers) Then go to ANY Joker Vending machine to select it!
I think that's it!
Notoriety
It is EVIL!
Doing bad things will raise your notoriety! This includes killing people OR civilians, stealing cars, breaking things, or doing missions!
Having 5 notoriety will mean that ANYONE can kill you...! Even your own team!
Having only 4 notoriety will mean that the other team has a bounty after you...and can try to kill you!
Keep your notoriety low unless you're REALLY bored!
Criminals
How to make money!
Criminals are pretty versatile when it comes to making money...
You can ram into shop windows and bring the loot to any gang leader after stuffing it into the trunk of a car...
You can mug random civilians and steal whatever they have on them...
Or you can take people's cars (Either being driven or parked) and bring them into the Chop Shop to get paid!
Please note that to collect any of this money, you need to then visit a Money Laundry (Will be marked by a waypoint) to get it (This will also drop your Notoriety to 0...which is a good thing).
Criminals generally get less money from missions, since they can get money in all of these ways as well!
Enforcers
COMING SOON!
I'm still working on this...!
Hopefully I'll get some actual pictures, maps, and diagrams soon...but until then, I need to get ready to stream!
